NGI CDC aims to nurture First Generation Entrepreneurs, Millennial Leaders and help its Students translate Solution-driven Innovative Business Ideas into Bankable Startups through its Startup Incubator. NGI Startup Incubator offers a span of world class stack of incubation support and services. NGI Startup Incubator has been conceived and programmed to promote and offer nursery to ideas, prototype development, pilot experimentation, funding / financing, industry mentor support, Startup networking etc. NGI maintains “Udgam” Corpus Fund for investment in most innovative student startups. Apart from direct investment, NGI also offers financing & funding support to startups selected by designated panel.
Major functions of Startup Incubator are
- To identify Students with Entrepreneurial Interests and guide them to build upon Problem-Solving Startup Ideas.
- To mentor Students in building raw ideas into tangible Business Models
- To facilitate prototype development and pilot experimentation
- To platform Students’ Business Models and organise Startup Pitch Competitions hosting Angel Investors, Student Entrepreneurs and other interested stakeholders.
- To invest in Most Innovative Students’ Startup through NGI’s “Udgam” Funding Program.
- To offer External Funding and Financing Support to Incubated Startups through Networking and Competitions like “War of Ideas”.
