Registration Process

• To begin Admission Process, candidate is required to fill up Online Registration Form and pay Registration Fee 1000 INR (GN/OBC) and 500 INR (SC/ST) & collect online registration slip. The Online Registration form is available at www.neelkanth.edu.in.
• Candidate can fill up Registration form Online or can walk-in and take assistance of Registration Booth at NGI Campus.
• Only Online Registration is permissible method of applying. No Offline Registration or Application is entertained throughout Admission Process.
• Permitted modes of payment for Registration Fee are Cash, NEFT, Credit/Debit Card or UPI.

Selection Process

(For Candidates applying Directly without UPSEE/JEECUP/CCSU Counselling Programs)

• All registered candidates are required to appear for Monthly Counselling Program at NGI Campus.
• In rare circumstances, Counselling Session can also be entertained through On-Demand Skype Session.
• At the Counselling Program, NGI Admission Cell verifies the basic eligibility criterion, eligibility for scholarship, suitability of candidate for the registered program and present NGI Career Pedagogy apt for the candidate.
• The team also conducts a Mandatory Personal Interview based upon which the Admission is sanctioned.
• Once the admission is sanctioned, Admission team provides the candidate with Admission Offer Letter which requests Candidate to submit Admission Form (to be collected from NGI Campus), Copy of minimum Educational Certificates/ Marksheets, DOB Proof, Adhaar Card, and other required documents requested by Admission Team along with minimum 50% of Annual Charges (Fee) within 15 Days span. Candidate submitting 100% Annual Charges can avail rebate of 10% of Total Annual Fee.
• If the student fails to submit the above documents / fee within 15 days, the candidates’ Admission Offer gets automatically invalid and the student is required to appear for next Monthly Counselling Program and exercise the entire process again (Registration is done once only).

Selection Process

(For Candidates applying through UPSEE/JEECUP/CCSU Counselling Programs)

• Candidates applying through UPSEE/JEECUP/CCSU Counselling Program are exempted from appearing in NGI Monthly Counselling Program.
• Candidate’s counselling Allotment Letter, Rank Card are verified by Admission team. On primary verification of documents, the candidate is provided with Admission Offer Letter which requests Candidate to submit Admission Form (to be collected from NGI Campus), Copy of minimum Educational Certificates/ Marksheets, DOB Proof, Adhaar Card, and other required documents requested by Admission Team along with minimum 50% of Annual Charges (Fee) within 15 Days span. Candidates submitting 100% Annual Charges can avail rebate of 10% of Total Annual Fee.
